At Uptown, we’re accepting new and ongoing patient appointments. We offer a boutique style psychiatry experience with comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans for both children and adults.   
We offer flexible scheduling with both in-person and virtual appointments. We do not double book patients and will not cancel appointments, except in the case of an emergency, and we will  personally notify you. You will not spend hours sitting in the waiting room, and the time you spend with us will actually be WITH US.  
We do not contract with any insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. We will be happy to submit an itemized invoice if requested for out of network coverage, FSA/HSA reimbursement. 

Fee Schedule:

Uptown psychiatry offers straight-forward pricing with no surprises. The initial new patient evaluation is $200 and the follow-up appointments are $125. By using a direct care model, we are able to focus our resources directly on YOU. We do not take insurance.

Initial Appointment/Evaluation: $200
Follow-up Appointments/Med Check: $125
Paperwork/FMLA/Short Term Disability: $50
Our goal at Uptown Psychiatry is to promote wellness and resiliency. We generally do not assist with long term disability applications. 

Payment policy: 

It is our commitment to keep all fees transparent. All fees are due at the time of service, and we accept all major credit/credit cards as well as FSA/HSA. We would be happy to provide you with a statement/receipt for services provided. 
In the event that an evaluation extends beyond the customary level of service, the fee will adjust to reflect the level of service provided. We will always discuss this with you during the appointment. 


Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Your appointment is time we have specifically set aside for you, and we do not double book appointments. If you need to postpone your appointment, you are required to give at least 48 hours advance notice. You may not cancel a Monday appointment on the weekend. If you discover that you will not be able to make to your appointment at the last minute, just contact us before your appointment and we will be able to convert your appointment to a virtual or telephone consult.

The full fee will be charged for all appointments that are canceled without at least 48 hours notice as well as any missed appointments.
